The Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC) in Saudi Arabia signed a strategic partnership agreement with Naseej – the leading Digital Transformation & Knowledge Solutions provider- to develop the Unified Accreditation Platform.

The aim of this project is to accelerate digital transformation in the accreditation processes through a national unified system to support ETEC’s centers including the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA) and the National Center for Training Assessment and Accreditation (MASAR) and contribute to developing the Kingdom’s education and training system in line with vision 2030.

Under this agreement Naseej will develop, operate, host, and manage the platform for three years, and provide 24/7 support and maintenance, in addition to training and knowledge transfer. The project also includes providing the new platform with online payment capabilities, integration with ETEC’s internal systems and other national Platforms to share information and functions directly and securely.

This project comes in line with ETEC’s efforts to continuously support its role in raising the quality of education by adopting creative and smart digital technologies. Upon its execution, the project will provide ETEC with a comprehensive and integrated platform that offers a unified data source for all academic and training institutes. Furthermore, the solution provided by Naseej offers accurate and timely information on the evaluation and accreditation processes. It also enables all stakeholders to effectively collaborate and coordinate their efforts; thus, enhancing the quality of the accreditation processes, all through a unified collaborative portal that ensures excellence for ETEC and its centers.

ETEC is aiming to accomplish a number of strategic goals through this project by creating a digital hub for centralizing key functions such as; registration of academic and training institutions, management of accreditation and evaluation processes for both NCAAA and MASAR, maintaining a registry for all accredited institutions and programs, in addition to providing accreditation and evaluation licenses to individuals, along with national and international agencies, and the classification and ranking of Saudi universities and their disciplines.
