Al-Baha University will optimize its existing Ellucian Banner environment while advancing a long-term modernization roadmap toward a Cloud SaaS-native platform. This transformation, built on state-of-the-art Ellucian technology solutions, positions Ellucian Banner 9 as the core Student Information System (SIS). With this upgrade, Al-Baha University will adopt a more comprehensive and integrated SIS capable of managing the entire student lifecycle — from admissions and registration to academic records, financial aid, curriculum management, and degree auditing. Powered by a modern architecture, mobile-ready interfaces, and end-to-end automation, the solution will enable the university to streamline academic and administrative processes while enhancing data security, reliability, and accessibility.
Complementing the core system, Ellucian Experience will deliver a seamless, unified digital environment that connects students, faculty, and administrators through a single intuitive portal, offering personalized services, real-time engagement, and improved campus-wide interaction.
