The Municipality of Aseer has partnered with Naseej the leading Knowledge solutions and e-services provider in the Arab world to upgrade and develop its online e-services portals. The internal and external portals will enhance the Municipality s communication with, and delivery of services to, its customers citizens, residents, government and private entities and assist it to develop several high-value e-services based on state-of-the-art technologies and local and global standards.
The cutting-edge technology includes several newly developed, performance-enhancing solutions. For instance, new content management solutions based on Naseej s development methodology are designed to make e-services and information resources more accessible on web portals and to ensure top-quality scalability for future expansions.
The project combined installing the servers and obtaining the software and Process Management System licenses required for smooth and effective portal operation and management. Naseej has designed a professional structural architecture for the portal operating environment based on the latest global standards. Naseej also developed and published easy-to-use e-services on both portals, and trained Municipality staff to manage the systems and update their content. A professional technician from Naseej is also available on-site for one year as part of the deal, in addition to Naseej providing technical support and maintenance of the project for three years.
