Naseej – the Arab world’s leader in Knowledge Management Solutions – has signed an agreement with the Public Pension  Agency (PPA) to supply and implement its Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) system. OIM will enhance the usability and
security of electronic information for PPA‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎s staff, pensioners and beneficiaries.

The system will enable PPA to manage user access privileges across all its resources, such as lightweight directory access protocols (LDAPs) and databases, from their initial creation on Oracle HR. Provisioning operations performed on OIM are translated into new or updated user profiles for target system accounts. When a user profile is updated on Oracle HR, the profile (including the password) will be automatically synchronized to OIM, Active Directory, Exchange and other identity  stores. OIM orchestrates the life-cycle manageability of users‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎ profiles.

Eng. Abdullah Al Turaifi – Naseej VP – commented: “With Oracle Identity Manager, PPA will be able to monitor and handle  user profiles and identities across all the available services on its portal. Thanks to its cost-effective automated processes, the system will help PPA render its services more effectively and seamlessly. Most importantly, OIM ensures optimum information security and protection.”
