Mecca, KSA, January 13, 2015 Umm Al-Qura University has signed with Naseej the Arab world’s leader in Knowledge Management Solutions to enhance and manage the university’s online presence. This will support the university’s aim to communicate seamlessly with its portal visitors and ensure effective delivery of quality e-services to its audience.
To this project, Naseej will develop and administer the University’s online content, including but not limited to content collection and publishing in Arabic, English, French and Spanish based on the cutting-edge content solutions and professional services Naseej offers to its customers in the region. Naseej provides its content solutions and professional services in compliance with the UN Standards for Government Portals and Digital Content Management, which are applicable by “Yesser” in the Kingdom.
Moreover, Naseej will provide training and transfer the know-how to staff of the Deanship of Information Technology at the University, in addition to the necessary technical support to secure effortless operation of the portal and effective management of its content.
