Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Naseej, the leading knowledge management solutions provider in the Middle East, has announced that it has signed an exclusive agreement with the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), giving it the right to promote and sell ACM services.

The Association for Computing Machinery is widely recognized as the premier membership organization for computing professionals, delivering resources that advance computing as a science and a profession, enable professional development, and promote policies and research that benefit society. ACM also hosts the computing industry’s leading digital library, serving its global members and the computing profession with journals and magazines, conferences, workshops, electronic forums, and a learning center. In addition, ACM publishes original research and first-hand perspectives from the world’s leading thinkers in computing and information technologies.

The Vice President of Naseej, Eng. Abdullah Al-Turaifi, has commented on this occasion by saying: “Under the agreement made between Naseej and ACM, professionals in the academic sector, and specialists in the IT and computer science fields, can now access ACM’s database, which contains over 2 million pages of text, more than 50 indexed journals (some of which dating back to the 1950s), peer-reviewed articles, conference proceedings and newsletters, and more than 1.8 million bibliographic sources and citations from computing books and journals.

The ACM Digital Library also enables users to create their own bookshelf within the library, to organize, store and share articles of interest, and to build annotated and sequenced bibliographies for future reference.”
