Naseej the Arab World’s leader in Knowledge Management Solutions is one of the main sponsors of the 24th Annual Conference of the Arab Federation for Libraries to be held from 25 28 November 2013 in Al Madina, KSA, in collaboration with Taibah University. The Conference’s title is “Library and Information Studies and Profession: Reality and Future Trends”
The Conference is to discuss key themes, including the future of Arab libraries in the information and communication age, role of organization in developing the profession, information Studies, identity and future trends, change in names of information Studies departments and their affiliation within Academic institutions, and career opportunities and graduate suitability for market requirements. In addition, the Conference will be elaborating on Libraries in Al Madina (the Capital of Islamic Culture 2013).
