Naseej – the Arab world’s leading provider of Knowledge Management Solutions – and SABA – the leader provider of Intelligent Talent Management System – have successfully concluded their sponsorship  of the FAHR International Conference 2016 – the Middle East’s largest government HR event – organized under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Crown Prince of Dubai, on April 18-19, 2016, at Dubai World Trade Center, UAE.

Under the theme of “Future of HR and its Role in Transforming Governmental Capabilities”, the 2016 conference agenda featured important topics and specialized sessions led by global and regional pioneers sharing their insights, best practices and innovations in the development of government human capital.

Naseej also participated in the conference as part of a panel session presented by Mr. Osama Ghanim (Naseej Senior Corporate Talent Management Solutions Sales). Mr. Ghanim shared Naseej’s insights on how technology’s practical engagement tools enable institutions stay ahead of the game, in terms of talent acquisition and retention. The complex nature of modern businesses and market disruptive transformation require institutions to leverage complex homogeneous technology-based systems to turn intuition into an integral scientific fact.

On the other hand, the 21st century talent management solutions supported by digital intelligence has turned traditional online presence a history. Businesses can now predict visitors’ tastes based on their behaviors, and suggest their next reading or purchase for example. The same applies to modern talent management systems. The talents can be the HR’s “black box” to map out the future of organizational talents, both individually and as a whole.
