Riyadh, April 13 2011, SunGard Higher Education (SGHE), a global leader in software and services for the higher education community, and Naseej, the region s leading provider of knowledge solutions and services, announced today a joint agreement that appoints Naseej as a value added partner of SGHE in the territories Naseej currently operates, to include the GCC, Levant and north Africa.
Through this agreement Naseej will offer existing and new customers of SGHE in the region a diverse range of SGHE s solutions and services for higher education. Naseej will also be responsible for supporting new and existing SGHE customers in the region.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Mathew Boice Vice-President EMEA & India, SunGard Higher Education, and Mr.Abduljabbar Al-Alabduljabbar, Executive President, Naseej, whom both had this to say about the joint agreement This agreement will enable both companies to leverage their strengths and continue to excel for the purpose of serving the higher education community in the region.
Mr. Boice added We chose Naseej because of its long history and successful track record of supporting the academic community, in addition to its extensive presence throughout the region which enables Naeej to serve higher education customers effectively.
Mr. Abduljabbar also commented We are pleased to collaborate with SGHE as this partnership will enable Naseej to further expand into the higher education community with world-class solutions and services provided by SunGard Higher Education.
