Naseej the Arab world’s leader in Knowledge Management Solutions is participating in the 23rd Annual Conference and Exhibition of the Special Library Association (SLA) Arabian Gulf Chapter, on March 7,9, 2017 at the Diplomat Radisson Blue, Kingdom of Bahrain.
With the theme, Quality of Library and Information Training and Educational Programs: The Way Map towards Accreditation, this year’s conference will address a number of key issues, including Cloud computing professional-based systems. Special focus will be on professional accreditation and the way to choose a certification in Library and Information studies. The event will also elaborate on education programs and international accreditation institutions as well as accreditation as the way for changing environment of library and information training and education.
In addition, the conference will discuss how to market the best practices based on the job market requirements, licensing the training and education programs. Also the international standards used in library and information services and education, like ISO16439 and how it is utilized in libraries.
