Naseej– the region’s leading digital transformation provider in learning & knowledge management – was the gold sponsor of the 5th MENA Higher Education Leadership Forum (MENA-HELF) held on March 22–24, 2022, in Dubai – UAE. The theme of this year’s forum was “Reinventing Higher Education Post-COVID-19: Towards a Responsive Higher Education Ecosystem”.

MENA-HELF is one of the key regional events designed to attract higher education leaders, officials, and decision makers from all over the world. This year, the forum brought together an elite audience of representatives from ministries of higher education, accreditation bodies and national research foundations, university presidents, vice presidents and college deans, and representatives from concerned government and non-government organizations. The aim of this year’s forum was to highlight the significance of lessons learnt from the COVID-19 pandemic, and to explore the impact and opportunities it presented to positively transform the sector and reshape the educational ecosystem into an adaptable, flexible and relevant environment.

Naseej also presented a paper titled “Online Learning Best Practices Adoption After COVID – Adaptive Learning”, which elaborated on an exceptional work experience imposed by the pandemic on the higher education sector, while exploring Naseej’s contribution in handling the disruptive issues generated by the overnight mass transformation towards virtual learning. The need for a swift transformation revealed a wide digital gap between the then-current status of students and instructors and the requirements of the phase to overcome the crisis.

Visitors to the Naseej booth at the conference had the chance to explore its latest solutions for higher education, including MEDAD Learning Management Platform, MEDAD Training Management Platform, MEDAD Institutional Effectiveness Platform for academic accreditation, and Naseej’s Custom Course Development Services.
