The Saudi Technical and Vocational Training Corporation “TVTC” has chosen Naseej – the region’s leader in Digital Transformation Solutions – to implement an integrated suite of MEDAD Platforms.

To this project, Naseej will supply, deploy, operate, maintain, and upgrade an integrated suite of MEDAD Platforms, including MEDAD Admission, MEDAD Students Engagement Platform (MEDAD SEP), MEDAD Institutional Effectiveness Platform (MEDAD IEP), in addition to Managed Services.

Ensuring seamless transition into full e-enterprise, MEDAD Admission offered by Naseej will enable TVTC to serve more than 250,000 applicants across the Kingdom. As well, MEDAD Admission will connect TVTC with students, trainers and faculty in an environment of seamless interaction. It will enable self-services to meet the needs of all stakeholders both quickly and effectively.

An institution-wide effectiveness platform, MEDAD IEP supports TVTC’s ongoing, integrated and research-based planning, evaluation, and assessment processes. Also, it enables TVTC to systematically and continuously gather, analyze and use assessment data to improve student learning. In addition, MEDAD IEP supports and streamlines the entire curriculum management process from planning and design, to implementation.

As well, using service-oriented architecture (SOA), Naseej will develop, supply, operate and maintain MEDAD SEP e-services portal, for mobile and web applications, (through this one interface the trainees and staffs can settle all their needs without navigating between different platforms and systems) where the various system applications will be connected and integrated via microservices to ensure optimization, reliability, reusability, and scalability. This cloud-based service enables the integration of the mobile application, and the workflow management with TVTC’s internal systems, including HR Manager, Library Services Platform, Learning Management System (LMS) and Students information System (SIS).

On the other hand, Naseej will provide TVTC with Managed Services to handle all technical, functional and techno-functional tasks for the educational platforms (SIS, IEP, Admission) including software upgrades and support. Naseej Managed Services ensure a seamless integration with relevant TVTC’s internal business applications to keep them running at peak performance.

Commenting on this project, Eng. Abdullah Al Turaifi – Naseej VP – said; “This project comes in line with the initiative of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to develop e-transactions aligned with the Digital Transformation requirements. TVTC endeavors thereby to cope with and adopt the state-of-the-art learning and training advancements and enhance its internal processes to improve its performance and efficiency by offering interactive e-Services for all trainees, administrative staff, and faculty.”
