Riyadh, KSA – March 30, 2023
In the presence of high officials from Naseej for Technology and the Majmaah University, Dr. Shadi A. Al-Shuwaier – Applied College’s Executive President – and Mr. Abduljabbar A. Al-Abduljabbar – Naseej’s Executive President – have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at Majmaah University campus. The purpose of this MOU is to coordinate efforts and cooperate with the university in developing the Applied College students’ technical skills, preparing them to meet the Saudi labor market demands and contribute to the Kingdom’s sustainable development and achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
Under the MOU, Naseej will cooperate with the Applied College of Majmaah University in a broad range of areas, including exchanging training and consultancy experiences to develop knowledge and skills by providing field training for the students nominated through the Applied College’s academic programs; providing employment opportunities – if possible – for the Applied College graduates who have been trained by Naseej; in addition to embracing and supporting the community programs and projects delivered by Naseej and the Applied College.
Mr. Abduljabbar A. Al-Abduljabbar highlighted upon signing this MOU: “Driving sustainable development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is an integral part of Naseej’s vision, and we, therefore, always work closely with all community stakeholders to achieve this strategic goal. Hence, this MOU signed with Majmaah University’s Applied College has gained massive importance as it is in line with Naseej’s strategy of using our state-of-the-art technology solutions in the areas of training and learning to empower universities, colleges, institutes, and academic institutions in general, to provide training for their students in a way that enhances their skills upon graduation and qualifies them to enrich the Saudi labor market with the distinguished cadres and professionals who will take the responsibility for carrying on the nation’s development march”.
