Riyadh, September 2023 – Naseej for Technology, a leading digital transformation solutions provider, listed on the Saudi stock exchange, is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Othman Al-Abdulkarim as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2023.
With a proven track record in digital transformation solutions, Mr. Al-Abdulkarim brings a wealth of leadership experience, knowledge, and fresh perspectives to Naseej. Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Al-Abdulkarim held significant leadership roles at Naseej, where he spearheaded initiatives that led to the growth of Naseej in several key sectors. Mr. Al-Abdulkarim joined Naseej back in 2007, and in 2011 he was promoted to Business Development Manager for Naseej eSolutions division and in 2016 became the division manager. In 2020 his responsibilities were expanded to cover all Naseej sales in Saudi Arabia; and in 2022 he was appointed VP of sales for Naseej where he was responsible for overseeing Naseej sales and client needs throughout the region ensuring the highest level of customer commitment and satisfaction. Mr. Al-Abdulkarim started his career in 2002 as a Lecturer in the Communications and Information College in Riyadh, and holds an M.S in Communications Engineering from Newcastle University (2006).
Naseej’s Managing Director and former CEO – Mr. Abduljabbar Al-Abduljabbar – commented on this occasion by saying “On behalf of the Board of Directors I would like to congratulate Othman on his new role at Naseej. As the new CEO of Naseej, Othman Al-Abdulkarim will succeed Abduljabbar Al-Abduljabbar, who will continue as the Managing Director of Naseej to support and assist the ambitious development program undertaken by the company.”
