Naseej, the leading provider of library solutions, proudly announced its role as a diamond sponsor in the 34th Arab Federation for Libraries and Information (AFLI) Conference. The conference, held in collaboration with the Saudi Libraries Commission in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focused on the theme of “Arab Libraries and Information Institutions and their Role in Promoting the Economy and Entrepreneurship.”

Notably, Naseej had the privilege of hosting a visit from His Royal Highness Prince Khaled Bin Talal Bin Badr Al-Saud, the Secretary General of King Fahd National Library. This visit served as a testament to the ongoing digital transformation occurring in the libraries and information sector throughout the Kingdom.

During the conference’s opening day, Mr. Ahmad Abdulsalam, Product Owner at Naseej, delivered an engaging presentation on “The Role of Libraries in Empowering Entrepreneurship.” He highlighted the crucial role libraries play in fostering innovation and explored the technology solutions that effectively support entrepreneurial endeavors. Drawing from a wealth of examples from both Arab and international libraries, he highlighted Naseej’s commitment to empowering entrepreneurs through its comprehensive range of solutions.

Furthermore, the conference’s main ceremony witnessed the announcement of Naseej Academy Library and Information Pioneers Award winners. This prestigious accolade recognizes individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the advancement of library and information management practices. By honoring these pioneers, Naseej Academy seeks to inspire others in the industry to push boundaries and embrace innovation.

To complement the conference, Naseej showcased a wide range of solutions for the digital transformation of Cultural Centers, professional databases, and collections care services at the accompanying exhibition.
